Special Screening of The Soul of the Fraser

Please join Earth Literacies to watch this inspiring film, and to participate in a discussion with James Casey, Fraser Estuary Specialist, and representatives of NERV Productions, Inc., the local filmmakers, to learn how you can help to protect this significant tidal estuary.

All proceeds from the screening will be donated to the Raincoast Conservation Foundation at the request of the filmmakers.

The Fraser River Estuary, is in the migratory path of fish and birds. Where millions of birds and billions of fish once thrived, now mere thousands struggle to co-exist with the unregulated growth of Metro-Vancouver, Canada, and the threat of the proposed Roberts Bank Terminal 2 expansion.

More information about the significance of the Fraser River, the Estuary, and the people determined to protect it, can be found at these sites.
