Follow-Up Program for An Ecological Civilization: Vision and Practice

With Gertie Jocksch

During his February 2021 Program Jeremy Lent presented An Ecological Civilization: Vision and Practice. Our current civilization is currently hurtling headlong toward catastrophe, as a result of climate breakdown, ecological overshoot, and gaping inequalities. Redirecting humanity’s trajectory will require transformation at a foundational level moving from a wealth-based, extractive civilization to one that is life-affirming - an Ecological Civilization.

In this Follow-Up Program we will focus on the integration of our learning. We will review the material presented by Jeremy adding music, art, poetry and discussion groups. There will be opportunities for people to explore together how to best live into an Ecological Civilization.

Registration for this class is currently limited to people who participated in Jeremy’s February 2021 program.

FAQs

  • Can I view a class on my phone?

As we use Zoom Conferencing software, most recent Smartphones allow for Zoom Streaming to cell phones. If you would prefer to call in via non-video access, Zoom links include call in phone numbers.

  • How do I pay?

Links are provided to the Shopping Cart / Payment Gateways on the Course page. To go directly to the Registration and Payments pages CLICK HERE.

  • How many people per class?

While we can accomodate as many attendees as needed in our online programs (workshops), some are limited in numbers due to facilitator (speaker) requests. Where needed, breakout groups may be created to allow for smaller group discussions and exercises.
